These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NimbleCFO ("the app", "the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using NimbleCFO you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. We may ask you to accept updated Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. What NimbleCFO is

This is the most important thing to understand about NimbleCFO. The app provides information and educational guidance only. It is not regulated financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, accountancy, or a substitute for a qualified professional. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to use NimbleCFO. The app is designed around UK tax rules and is not intended for use outside the UK. By using the app you confirm that you meet these requirements.

5. Your account and security

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

The app, its content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your personal or business use in line with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data and content you enter; you grant us the permissions needed to store and process it to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Third-party and AI processing

The app relies on third-party providers to operate. Consistent with our Privacy Policy:

Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.

10. Disclaimers
